Time available for booking: From 8 am till 5 pm
Payment:

• RM 300/ day if you are interested in booking whole house.
• RM 100/ day if you are interested in booking master room only.
• RM 80/ day if you are interested in booking guest room only.
• RM 2500/ month if you are wishing to rent the whole house for month instead of only few days.
• If you are going to book the homestay, please remember to provide us deposit for only RM100.

Some rules and regulations for the guests:

1. The time for checking in and out: From 12 am till the next day 12 am (earlier checking in is only available if the room is empty)

2. The maximum number of guest is only 10 persons. 

3. We would like to remind you that cooking and pets are prohibited in our homestay, hope you can understand our act is out of reason to respect the other guests.

4. Please contact us earlier in case you want to cancel the booking.
